1. Processing Time

We strive to process and dispatch all orders for our products within 2-3 business days. Please note that our shipping operations are conducted Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. In the event of an unusually high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If an unforeseen delay occurs, we will proactively notify you via email to ensure you are informed and up-to-date on the status of your order.

2. Shipping Areas & Rates

We deliver to most regions and pin codes in India, with some exceptions. We strive to cover as many areas as possible, but some remote locations may not be serviced. Our shipping rates are calculated based on weight, distance & package dimensions. We offer competitive and transparent rates with no hidden costs. For a customized bulk quote,  contact us. 3.Shipping Carriers & Delivery Time.

We partner with reputable shipping carriers like TrackOn, DTDC, Professional Couriers and few other to ensure reliable delivery. Our estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days, depending on the destination. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. . Our carriers work efficiently to ensure timely delivery, and we'll keep you updated on the status of your package.

4. Package Tracking

You can track your order via email updates, whatsapp updates or in our website. We provide tracking details once your order is shipped, so you can stay informed every step of the way.We encourage you to check the tracking link for the most real-time accurate information. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. 

5. Delivery Issues & Re-delivery

We strive to deliver your orders accurately and efficiently. However, if we encounter any issues during delivery, such as incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients, we'll notify you promptly via email or phone. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address entered. Please note that we expedite processing and shipping, so there's a limited window to correct an incorrect address. If you suspect an error, please contact us immediately (Within 2 hrs). If we're unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, we won't be held responsible for any loss or damage to the package or its contents. If the package is returned to us due to any reason from the customer's side (e.g., incorrect address, refusal to accept, etc.), the customer will be responsible for bearing the re-delivery charge. Once your package has been marked as delivered, we regret that we cannot be held responsible for any subsequent loss or theft or any damages. However, please reach out to the courier company directly to initiate a claim. We'll be more than happy to assist you with the process and ensure that your concern is addressed promptly. Your accurate shipping address and prompt communication are crucial in ensuring a smooth delivery experience. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

6. Out of Stock Orders

If an item in your order is out of stock, we'll notify you promptly via email or phone and offer alternative options, including backordering, substitution with a similar product in stock, or a full refund for the out-of-stock item. Please respond to our notification within 2 days to let us know your preferred course of action. If we don't hear from you, we'll automatically issue a refund for the out-of-stock item. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations and strive to maintain accurate inventory levels, but sometimes items may be unavailable due to high demand or supply chain constraints.

7.Acceptance

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you promptly. By accepting our terms, you confirm that you are authorized to make the purchase and that the information provided is accurate and complete.
